About 27 min long so download at own expense!!!!!!!!!

News:

We adopted a dog from the Idaho Humane Society last week.  Of course pictures are already posted.

President Bush visited Boise, ID this past week.  I was just across the freeway when he landed and took off via Air Force One.

Stephanie Started School this week.

Also to mention, one week until the #18 Boise State opens the college football season in Athens, Georgia versus the #13 Georgia Bulldogs.  The Game will be live on ESPN September 3rd at 5:30 eastern time.  Oh, by the way Boise State has only lost one game on the ESPN networks.

Geek To Me:

Call For Help TV is returning to the United States, oddly enough on the Network that canceled the show.

Of course this week, Windows Internet Explorer 7 Beta is available for download.

I am listening to a new Podcast, Security Now! With Steve Gibson.  I play a 4 min blurb of Gibson’s take on what the Zotob virus was/is, luckily it was aimed towards Windows 2000 not XP.

Site News:

If you noticed we got Blog Spamed; apparently you can get spammed on your Blog through comments.  When I posted the item about IE7 about 6 Spam comments were sent informing me or us about their product.  However, I was able to put and end to that by clicking an option in Blogger called Word Verification.  So if you post a comment you have to verify the verification word.

Added to the play list on the radio blog.

An Extra:

Finally the RIAA’s web site got hacked.  Here is a funny blurb about the hack, from the Techphile Podcast, as well as rant.
