New Look!!!

Sorry for the year off from posting to this blog. I have been busy and down and out with back problems for a long time. I currently am working with Peter Brennan on Bronco Nation. We have a podcast and blog feature. I also have my own personal interest blog. My hope is to start back up with posting to the family blog. We received a great number of gifts for Christmas that I am sure will help with keeping my new years resolution. I will very soon be purchasing a URL for this site. However, for now the blogspot address will work. Oh one final note, congrats to my Boise State Broncos as they defeated the Oklahoma Sooners 43-42 in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl. Thats all for now, later.

The April 14th , 2006 Boise State Blue/Orange Game

I attended my first Boise State Blue/Orange game. Peter from Bronco Nation and I went together, the pictures (the high quality at least) were taken with his camera. The indoor practice facility was open to the public. Inside was a 90 yard football field with Green, Yes Green field turf. There were about 10 Flat screen Televisions spaced evenly on each of the 4 walls playing previous game highlights. I can only think that those TV's will be used for immediate break down of practice footage.

There was a nice turn out for the Spring Football scrimmage. I was on the West Lower deck and it was full from side to side. As for the game the 2nd Team offense and 1st Team Defense won the epic battle 7-6 when the First Team Offense led by Taylor Tharp failed in the attempt to convert the 2 point conversion in the final minutes of the game. Overall it was great to see the Defense playing so well. However, Jared Zabranski was a huge disappointment throwing 2 interceptions (I guess the only positive for Jared was they went to a Boise State Player, LOL).

Afterwards fans were let down on the field. I got autographs from Sherm Blaser, Legedu Naanee, and Marty Tadman. Legadu was all smiles and all the players were very friendly. Taking pictures of the players and coaches was quite easy and Coach Petersen gave a great smile on one that Peter took. The only player that didn't want any part of that was Zabranski, he darted off the field as Peter was focusing in on him.

I enjoyed myself greatly. However it was a little different going to Bronco Stadium in the Middle of April to watch football. I hope to have more pictures forthcoming as I still have a few shots from my camera phone to transfer over.

JT's Blog

Ok here is the low down. I have started a new blog called JT's Blog. At this point I may not have time to do podcasts here for a while. I have over the past year been using this blog as a test for something new. Well that something new is now. I hope you all can forgive me. I will continue to post information going on around us and of course I will be uploading just about every digital picture I can. So come on over to my new blog. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

BSU raises prices on football season tickets

Boise State football fans could get a serious lesson in supply and demand this season.

Season ticket renewal forms go out in the mail today, and they will show a price hike of 18 percent on the best seats to $222 for six games.

I guess I better get mine!!!

Kevin Rose's New Personal Podcast Domain Name

FYI. If you haven’t been out to Kevin’s blog in a while he posted his first personal blog about GDRIVE. He also is up at iTunes under enjoius (http://enjoi.us), Which cleverly done. He did hint about this on the last edition of Diggnation #38.
